Acne Skin Care: The Key

While it seems there is a never-ending barrage of commercials and infomercials promoting the latest and greatest acne skin care product, the key to getting and keeping clear, healthy skin is to change one’s lifestyle across the board.

Eating oily foods, not washing our hands and touching our skin with them, drinking coffee and soda instead of water, and not exercising to release impurities from the skin through sweat is not going to be easily beaten by simply washing our face with some man-made cream.

Sticking to a pure, healthy lifestyle is the single greatest way to have clear, glowing skin, and look better in general.
