Cardiology EMR saves time and lives

When you really examine the medical record industry closely it is one of the few industries that pretty much lives in the eighteenth century. The biggest problem is that still 90% of all medical records are written by hand. Having paper documents is ridiculous given that a considerable amount of medical records have to be shared with insurance companies and other physicians. The new trend with heart patients is cardiology EMR. This is the way to digitize all medical records so they can be transferred to other parties and hospitals in seconds over the Internet. Hopefully now the medical industry is creeping into the twenty first century.
