Health and Safety in Warm Weather

Recently during this spell of unusual hot weather that we have experienced early in the year it has dawned on me that we really need a refresher course on how to work smart when the weather is so unbelievably warm and uncomfortable. The last thing that I need on my watch is to have our guys passing out from heat stroke. That is why I am glad that with the group that I follow for our health and safety procedures they have also come out with a recent set of reminders for what to do in this weather to keep everyone safe and still working.
