What type of exercise will make me taller?

According to Grow Taller 4 Idiots, physical exercise can encourage your bones to grow and make you taller. Activities that stretch out your body are especially useful. When you’re considering which sport to take up, think about which ones will give you the most opportunity to reach and stretch.
