Where There Is Water There Will Be Mold
When we cleaned up our Water Damage Sandy Utah, we learned the hard way to do this the proper way. Our laundry room faucet had leaked running water down the wall and all over the floor. We quickly cleaned up the water thinking that was all that was necessary the leak had seem to stop itself. After a few more weeks i noticed that the floor around the faucet was buckling a little bit. My husband and I pulled up the floor only to discover an abundance of mold and the floor was damp. The leak wasn’t fixed and the water was running down on the sub flooring. It took a few day and a ton of man hours to get the laundry back into functional condition. Next always double check leaks so there not a big problem to deal with later.
