Character Doesn’t Change when Situation Does

Having been at both ends of the financial spectrum, both high and low, I could tell you some stories about either that you probably would not believe.  Now, I am pretty much an average, middle class taxpayer just like everyone else, but it wasn’t too long ago that my financial situation was bad enough that I was taking out a payday loan online, without my husband’s knowledge, just to pay the utilities.  We made it through that mess, and I can honestly tell you that it’s unfair to have a negative opinion of someone else based solely on those circumstances.  The person who I am hasn’t changed in all of the financial roller coasters I’ve been on!
