No More Medium

I have always wanted to wear tighter shirts but I never could because of my little belly pooch. It has been so annoying! I’ve always had to buy shirts a size bigger just to fit my belly! One day, I was looking online for diets and exercise plans when I stumbled upon a new fitness science website. I devoured that website! The facts on the website I had never heard before. My favorite section was the section about how to get shredded abs. I did everything the website said for a few months straight. Now, I am proud to say that I have a tight, toned stomach. Now I can buy a small size instead of a medium!
